Whether you are a competitive rider, an equine professional, or a dressage enthusiast, the Dallas Dressage Club (DDC) offers the resources and community to help you reach your goals. Our membership year runs from December 1st to November 30th.

When does my membership expire?

All memberships follow the USDF cycle and expire on November 30th annually.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Prior to Jun 5, 2026, Wild Apricot was our membership processor with secure encryption, and payments were processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card.

As of June 5, 2026, new membership payments are processed through Zeffy. Zefy uses secure encryption for its payment processing. DDC does not have access to your payment information.

Are my dues tax-deductible?

DDC is a 501C3 non-profit organization. Please consult your tax professional regarding the deductibility of membership dues.

How can I login to my member portal?

We now use Zeffy to manage your Dallas Dressage Club Membership! All active members as of June 4th, 2026 were imported into Zeffy with your active membership.

To view your membership in Zeffy, you can go to zeffy.com and use your primary email address to select "Forgot Password".

Resetting your password will allow you into the back of your member portal.

Additional Notes About Your Membership on Zeffy

Wild Apricot previously allowed two email addresses and two phone numbers on file. Zeffy only allows one for each of these fields. The primary email address and primary phone number were used to migrate your membership.

Family memberships have been discontinued. If you were a family member when you renewed, your membership has been brought over and recognized as an Adult Membership.

When your membership was migrated to Zeffy, no payment information was transferred. Therefore, your membership will not auto renew or charge you without your authorization.

Will my membership autorenew?

In June, 2026, all members were migrated to Zeffy, which offers payment features including automatic annual renewal and recurring donations. These settings were NOT enabled on your membership account when it was created.

You can access your Zeffy account to set up autorenew yourself. Zeffy will send email reminders when your membership approaches its expiration date.

If you are renewing or joining the DDC June 5th or later, you will be prompted to select your autorenew preferences and set up at check out.

About Our Membership Platform

We proudly use Zeffy for our membership management platform. Zeffy allows us to operate stronger as a nonprofit by offering this platform to us for free!

Wherever we use Zeffy, it will prompt you to leave an optional tip for the platform. While we are very grateful for the use of this platform, you are in no way obligated to use this tip field, and the club receives no penalty or benefit for your tip to Zeffy.
